For winter and summer aeration of water bodies. In winter, aeration protects the water body from freezing and fish suffocation; in summer, it improves the mineralisation of the water body, clarifies and improves water quality.

Installation and commissioning of the aeration kit:
The first thing to do is to choose a location for the blower. We recommend placing the blower as close as possible to the water body. This way you will avoid major airflow losses. The blower can work outdoors, but must be protected from direct precipitation and extreme cold. Install the blower in a sealed box (metal, plastic, wooden). The box does not need to be insulated, but it is necessary to leave openings for air to enter. If there is a gazebo, sauna or other structure next to the water body, install the blower in it. In both cases, ensure a safe and reliable power supply for the blower.
Hose. Use a pressure hose with a 19 mm internal diameter, either purchased from us or in your own possession (do not use an irrigation hose). We recommend using a hose no longer than 20 m. Place one end of the hose on the blower outlet nozzle and tighten it carefully with the clip provided. Take the air diffuser and screw the attached nozzle onto the hose. Use the supplied rubber gasket to ensure a tight seal. Place the other end of the hose on this fitting and tighten it with the clip.
Immersion of the air diffuser. We recommend that the diffuser is immersed as deeply as possible (just do not exceed the maximum immersion depth allowed). The higher the water column above the diffuser, the better the air bubbles and the oxygen they contain can dissolve in the water and the better the mixing of the different water layers. The JAGER air diffuser is lighter than water. To submerge the diffuser, attach synthetic ropes at each end of the diffuser and weights at the ends (recommended weight 0,5-1 kg). There are other ways of submerging the diffuser, but this is the simplest and works well. The recommended length of rope between the weights and the diffuser is 20-30 cm. Submerge the prepared diffuser with the weights in a body of water of your choice. The weights will rest on the bottom of the pond and the diffuser will rise as far as the length of rope left. This way, the diffuser will not cause bottom sediment and will not disturb your body of water.
Plug the blower into the mains and the aeration system will start its work. If there is no need to aerate around the clock, purchase a timer and set the operating mode to the one you need. The aeration system is designed to work in both steady and intermittent mode. A pleasure to use.
