Principle of electromagnetic oscillation
This principle is well known for its efficiency. Electrical energy is not used to overcome frictional forces in moving parts or bearings, but is used directly to pressurise the air through moving membranes. No lubricant is used either in the linear actuator (unit) or in the blowing chamber. This is a completely non-epithelial operating principle. Built-in overload protection. Secoh blowers come with a 24-month warranty.
Thermal protection
The protection is triggered when the temperature of the windings reaches a dangerous threshold of up to 130°C. When the coil cools down below 120°C, the Secoh blower automatically starts working again.
Automatic brake
The Secoh EL-S and JDK series (except JDK-20, JDK-30, JDK-40, JDK-50 models) are supplied with a safety switch which is activated in the event of a ruptured diaphragm. It consists of a micro switch that switches off the blower. This prevents damage to expensive parts.
A light to warn of blower failure
The Secoh EL-S and JDK series (except models JDK-20, JDK-30, JDK-40, JDK-50) are supplied with a fault warning light. This indicator indicates any failure of the membrane by illuminating the warning light located on the outside of the blower hood.
Durability
The parts of the motor and the blower are integrated into a single structure. The lightweight and compact design and the simple mechanism guarantee a long and reliable operation of the blower.
High efficiency
The principle of electromagnetic oscillations, which are practically free of mechanical friction, reduces energy consumption and ensures high efficiency.
Low noise level
The sound insulation of the casing and the silencer integrated in the tank ensure reduced noise levels during operation.
Low vibration level
The motor and blower parts are separated by vibration-damping rubber dampers (insulation), resulting in extremely low vibration levels.
Completely oil-free
Oil-free operation guarantees a dry and impurity-free airflow.
Pulsation-free airflow
The specially shaped chambers of the Secoh blower and the integrated silencer guarantee pulsation-free airflow.
Weather resistance
Secoh JDK and EL-S series enclosures are watertight and resistant to a wide range of weather conditions. However, Secoh blowers should not be exposed to direct sunlight, rain or snow.
Universal spare parts
Spare parts for each Secoh model series are readily available and easy to replace. They are vacuum-packed for more reliable and longer lasting storage.
