Technology
Operating principle of electromagnetic vibrations
This principle is well known for its efficiency. Electrical energy is not used to overcome frictional force in sliding parts or bearings, but is directly used to create air pressure by moving membranes. No lubricant is used either in the linear drive (device) or in the blower chamber. It is a completely oil-free operating principle. Integrated overload protection. We provide a 24-month warranty for Secoh blowers.
Thermal protection
Protection activates when the winding temperature reaches a dangerous limit of up to 130 °C. When the coil cools down below 120 °C, the Secoh blower automatically starts operating again.
Automatic stop
The Secoh EL-S and JDK series (except models JDK-20, JDK-30, JDK-40, JDK-50) are supplied with a protective switch that activates if the membrane tears. It consists of a micro switch that turns off the blower. This protects expensive parts from damage.
Blower failure warning light
The Secoh EL-S and JDK series (except models JDK-20, JDK-30, JDK-40, JDK-50) come equipped with a failure warning light. This indicator shows any membrane failure by lighting up the warning lamp located on the outside of the blower housing.
Durability
The motor and blower parts are joined into a single construction. The lightweight and compact design and simple mechanism guarantee long and reliable blower operation.
High efficiency
The principle of electromagnetic vibrations, which practically have no mechanical friction, reduces energy consumption and ensures high efficiency.
Low noise level
The sound insulation of the housing and the silencer integrated into the reservoir during operation ensure a reduced noise level.
Low vibration level
The motor and blower parts are separated by vibration-damping rubber shock absorbers (isolation), resulting in an extremely low vibration level.
Completely oil-free
The oil-free operating principle guarantees a dry and impurity-free airflow.
Pulse-free airflow
Specially shaped Secoh blower chambers and the integrated silencer guarantee pulse-free air flow.
Weather resistance
The housings of the Secoh JDK and EL-S series are waterproof and resistant to various weather changes. However, Secoh blowers should not be exposed to direct sunlight, rain, or snow.
Universal spare parts
Spare parts for each Secoh model series are easily accessible and simple to replace. They are packed in vacuum packaging for more reliable and longer storage.
